Executive Choice Bermuda was formed to provide expertise to busy companies, executives and individuals without draining their resources. Recently we have been priviledged to serve the not-for-profit sector.

Each contract is individually constructed with your requirements in mind.  Some may be yearly, others may only last two weeks.  We are known for our attention to detail.  We value our time with our clients to completely understand your requirements and our aim is that at the completion of each contract your project will have been enriched by the selection of Executve Choice Bermuda as your partner.

Company History

Executive Choice Bermuda was started in 1997 by Elizabeth Ward and her husband Robert as a direct response to the Bermuda market requiring expertise in all facets of event, destination & product  management.

Executive Choice has also provided need resources from companies wanting to outsource a project of short tenure and not be saddled with an ongoing overhead once the project was complete. 

Liz, a Bermudian, enjoyed many years at The Bank of Bermuda as their first Protocol Officer.  Prior to that she had gained experience as a Product Manager launching an international chequing account, still used today.  From there she started Executive Choice Bermuda and was been responsible for the first Bermuda International Business Association Expo, two international Bermuda College Conferences, several RIMS Bermuda delegations in San Francisco, New Orleans, Atlanta and Canada.  She managed a stately home in England's Lake District which also annually hosted over 20,000 people to its Garden Festival.  She works closely with the hospitality industry on the Island as well as the Not-For-Profit sector.  She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.  Robert, her husband, and partner is a key player in Events Management expertise provided by Executive Choice Bermuda.

Shirley Wainright joined Executive Choice Bermuda this year and we are delighted to welcome her talents to our team.  Shirley has over 10 years as the Convention Manager of Bermuda largest hotel and worked for many years as Destination Manager of one of Bermuda's most respected Travel, Destination and Incentive Companies.

Our portfolio includes clients from all walks of life.  We have managed many events locally and internationally with flexibility and tremendous success.
